Platform Availability

Where is DarkHeart available?

DarkHeart is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Getting Started

I'm stuck during signup or onboarding

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, force-quit and reopen the app, and try again. If a step still fails, contact support with a screenshot of where you're stuck.

I signed up but can't get into the app

Confirm you're signed in with the same account you used to register. If you just purchased something, wait a moment, then restore purchases from the app's account or settings area.

Account & Login

I can't sign in / I used the wrong Google or Apple account

Sign out, then sign in again with the same Google or Apple account you originally used. Purchases and profile data stay tied to that store/login account. If you're still locked out, contact support.

Age Verification

Why do I need to verify my age?

DarkHeart is for adults 18 and older. We verify age to keep the community safe and meet store and legal requirements.

My birthday or age check is wrong

Update your birthday in your profile settings if available. If you still can't proceed, contact support so we can help verify your age.

Photos

What photos are allowed?

Use clear photos of yourself. No nudity, no underage content, no stolen images, and nothing that harasses or impersonates others. We may remove photos that break these rules.

I can't upload a photo

Check that DarkHeart has photo library permission, that the file is a common image format, and that your connection is stable. Then restart the app and try again.

Block & Report

How do I block or report someone?

Open their profile or chat, use the menu, and choose Block or Report. Tell us what happened when you report so we can review it.

What happens after I block or report?

Blocked users can't message you or see your profile the same way. Reports are reviewed by our team. Serious violations can lead to removal from DarkHeart.

Suspended or Banned

Why can't I use the app?

Your account may be restricted for violating our guidelines. If you think this is a mistake, contact support.

Billing & Subscriptions

How much do subscriptions and in-app purchases cost?

Current prices are shown in the app before you buy. Pricing can vary by store, region, and promotions.

How do I manage my subscription?

Manage billing through the store account you used to subscribe β€” App Store or Google Play. DarkHeart does not store your payment details.

How do I cancel?

Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless the store says otherwise.

I paid but don't see my purchase

Sign in with the same store account you used to buy, then use Restore Purchases in the app. If it still fails, contact support with your store receipt.

Refunds

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by charging us directly. See our Refunds page.

Delete Account

How do I delete my account?

You can delete from the app settings, or follow the steps on our How to Delete Your Account page.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Cancel your subscription in App Store or Google Play separately, or you may keep getting charged.

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing, freezing, or not loading

Update to the latest app version, check your internet connection, force-quit and reopen, then restart your device if needed.
