How to Delete Your Account

Not ready to say goodbye forever?
You can Hide Your Profile or Snooze Notifications in Settings instead.
- Log Out:: Take a temporary break without losing data.
- Hide Profile:: Go invisible to others but keep your matches.
- Snooze:: Disable notifications for a quiet period.
- Get Help:: Contact support if you are having technical issues.
How to Delete
- Go to your Profile and tap the Settings (⚙️) icon
- Select Account > Delete Account
- You will be asked to confirm your choice
What Happens to Your Data?
❌Gone Forever
- Profile, photos, and matches
- Chat history and Rose balance
Note: This cannot be recovered.
📁Kept for Legal Reasons
- Transaction records (7 years)
- Account creation timestamp
Account deletion requests are processed immediately. However, some data may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days before being completely purged.
Can I Recover My Account After Deletion?
No, account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Subscription & Account Deletion
What Happens to My Subscription When I Delete My Account?
If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it through your Apple ID account settings before deleting your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Will Deleting My Account Cancel My Subscription?
No, deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings to stop future charges.
Warning: This action is permanent.
Once you confirm deletion, there is no going back. Our support team cannot restore deleted accounts, chats, or Rose balances.
