Refunds for DarkHeart are processed directly by Apple, as we never store payment information. All purchases and refunds are handled through the App Store. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page.
Note: Refund approval is at Apple's discretion and not guaranteed.
To request a refund through Apple:
You'll need your Apple ID and access to the email associated with your App Store account. Apple will be able to see your purchase history and process the request accordingly.
