Yes! DarkHeart is free to download and use. New accounts receive 35 free roses to get started. You can use the app without paying, but premium features require a subscription or in-app purchases.
If your payment isn't being recognized, try restoring purchases first. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Contact support if the issue persists.
You can manage your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit Apple's subscription management page in your browser.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find DarkHeart, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You can also cancel through Apple's website.
If you were charged after canceling your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund. Please check if any of these apply to your situation:

Refunds for DarkHeart are processed directly by Apple, as we never store payment information. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page.

We accept all payment methods supported by the App Store, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and App Store credit. All payments are processed securely through Apple.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can check your next billing date in your Apple ID subscription settings.
