Having trouble signing up or accessing your account? Follow these guides to resolve common onboarding and access issues.
Stuck During Signup
Make sure you have a stable internet connection
Close the app completely and reopen it
Try restarting your device
If the issue persists, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store
Unable to Complete Onboarding
Check that all required fields are filled out correctly
Make sure your photos meet the guidelines (see Photo Guidelines page)
Verify your age is entered correctly (must be 18+)
Try closing and reopening the app, then continue from where you left off

Important
If you're unable to complete onboarding after multiple attempts, contact support. We can help troubleshoot the issue or manually complete your account setup.
Can't Access Account After Payment
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase
Try restoring purchases: Go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases
Force close the app and reopen it to refresh your account status
If you made a payment but can't access premium features, the purchase may still be processing. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue persists after 30 minutes, contact support with your purchase receipt.
