Subscription Information

Choose from our flexible subscription plans: weekly, monthly, or yearly. Each plan includes the following features:

Roses act as an opening message. To start a conversation, you must send a rose to the other user. Once a rose is sent, the chat will open, allowing you to communicate freely.

You receive 5 roses every 24 hours. These roses can be used to unlock chats with other users. The roses reset at midnight.

Changing Your Subscription Plan

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your device's subscription settings. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

You can also cancel through the App Store by tapping your profile icon, then Subscriptions, and managing your DarkHeart subscription there.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll return to the free tier with limited features.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the period when a subscription is cancelled.
