Learn how to block users and report inappropriate behavior to keep DarkHeart safe for everyone.
How to Block Someone
If you want to prevent a user from contacting you or seeing your profile, you can block them:
- Go to the user's profile
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top right corner
- Select "Block" from the menu
Once blocked, the user cannot see your profile, send you messages, or contact you in any way. You can unblock users at any time from your settings.
How to Report Inappropriate Behavior
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, harassment, or content that violates our community guidelines, please report it:
- Go to the user's profile or open the chat with the user
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) and select 'Report'
- For messages, you can also long-press the message and then select 'Report'
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, account suspensions, or permanent bans. Your report is confidential.
