Use of the App
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app.
Intellectual Property
All content included on the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DarkHeart LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
DarkHeart LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this app, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Subscription Information
Your Apple Account will be charged. The monthly subscription plan is $0.99 and automatically renews each month. The annual subscription plan, charged as one upfront payment, is $8.99 and automatically renews each year. Lifetime access is a one-time payment of $12.99, with no further charges. Subscription will be auto-renewed within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription through Apple Account Settings.
License Grant
DarkHeart LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
